Right of Return

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
It must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
